Using the guide below it will be possible for you to estimate the cost of hiring the disco unit you require:

Minimum hire time is 3 hours (4 hours Friday and Saturday) - costs are calculate from the time the function starts and will include   any intervals or breaks, time should be calculated in complete hours only

Prices displayed are based on a 20 mile range from our Central Scotland Base - events more than 20 miles will be subject to additional costs 

Deposits must be received and cheques must have cleared through my bank before the booking is complete. Provisional bookings may be held for a maximum period of 14 days.

Once confirmed and the deposit received the cancellation of the booking will result in the loss of the deposit. If the booking is cancelled seven or less days before the event is due to take place then the full fee will be due.

The balance (quoted price less the deposit) must be paid either before the event or before the start of  the evenings entertainment, cheques are only acceptable with prior arrangement.

Important Information

On occasions the area provided by the venue, for the disco equipment, may make it impossible to provide all of the ordered equipment - it is therefore essential to discuss this during the time of booking to ensure that all equipment requested can be set up. (equipment reserved will be non-refundable in the event of the venue being unsuitable)

Some venues will not allow the use of the smoke machine as this may interfere with their fire detection system - Bobby will discuss this with the venue and their decision will be respected

 

While every effort will be made to provide the illustrated Equipment, it may be necessary (due to maintenance) to substitute similar equipment.
